Availability Window

The following times represent the availability windows during which shifts can be scheduled. Mon–Sat: 06:00 – 10:00.

Pay: £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

All new colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. Part‑time roles (minimum 12 hours) are also available.

We provide flexibility: if your availability is close to the advertised windows, we will consider your application.

Responsibilities

• Serve shoppers and improve daily service.
• Interact with diverse customers and team members.
• Handle product replenishment and stocking.
• Apply safety and training protocols.
• Make customer‑oriented decisions and deliver store routines efficiently.
• Participate in seasonal and community events.
• Monitor store performance and support sales, waste and shrink reduction.
• Accept deliveries to the store when required.
• Live store values, present yourself well and support a welcoming atmosphere.

Eligibility:
Candidates must be 18 years or older. Roles requiring early morning or late night hours, or work in specific store areas such as warehouse, bakery or driving, require older than 18 applicants.
