Store Colleague

Role Overview

As a Store Colleague you will deliver outstanding experiences on the shop floor by greeting customers, maintaining displays, replenishing stock, and supporting daily operations. You will help customers feel welcomed and supported while ensuring high service and presentation standards.

Hourly Rate - £12.81

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find products they love.
• Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished – ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
• Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following safety and store guidelines.

• Positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, confident engaging customers and working as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and grow your skills in a supportive store environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.
