Boylesports is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Exmouth shop. You will support the Shop Manager, lead the team in their absence, and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll oversee bets, customer service, and store presentation while upholding security and brand standards.
You'll be responsible for opening and closing, staff guidance, and driving a high standard of customer care across all channels. Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred.
