Lidl GB in Barnstaple is opening a brand-new store in 2027 and seeks a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy team on the shop floor. You will motivate staff, manage operations, and ensure every customer receives an excellent experience, with hands-on training in nearby Lidl stores prior to launch.
Earn £15.45–£15.95 per hour for a 35-hour contract, with shifts across 5am–11pm. Enjoy up to 35 days of holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension, and long service awards,
