Outbound Sales Executive

£32,000 basic  uncapped commission (realistic OTE £65,000) Permanent | Full-time | Office-based Earn £65k without leaving your desk. This is a pure telephone sales role for experienced closers who thrive on converting warm, pre-qualified leads — not cold calling, not field sales, and not account management. You’ll work exclusively with a steady flow of professional referrals. Every conversation starts warm.

Your job is to build rapport quickly, understand the client’s needs, and close the business ideally on the first call. Current closing rate 78%.

The Role Handle a consistent pipeline of outbound, pre-qualified professional referrals by phone Run consultative yet fast paced sales conversations with the aim of a one call close Build credibility and trust with decision-makers over the telephone Manage opportunities through to completion using phone and email only, no site visits, no meetings, no face-to-face selling Consistently hit and exceed targets Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout a high-speed, phone-based sales journey Work as part of a high-performing outbound sales team Who We’re Looking For You must have:
At least 2 years’ experience in telephone-based sales (not field, face-to-face or retail) A proven track record of closing new business in one or two calls Experience working warm or referral-based leads (not pure cold outreach) Excellent telephone communication, rapport-building and objection-handling skills Strong pipeline management and organisational ability A stable employment history that shows progression and results Ideal backgrounds include:
