Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver / Yards Person to join a busy recycling yard in Barnstaple. This role involves loading and unloading materials, supporting yard operations, and ensuring the site runs smoothly and safely.

• Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently (counterbalance preferred).

• Load and unload materials within the yard.

• Support general yard operations and logistics.

• Maintain a safe and organised working environment.

• Valid FLT licence (counterbalance preferred).

• Experience working in a yard or industrial environment.

• Good teamwork and positive attitude.

• Commitment to health and safety practices.

• 12.21 per hour.

• Full-time hours.
