The school is an alternative education program in Barre, MA serving approximately 30 high school students.

The school provides a hands-on, individualized learning environment designed to give students the experience of a public school education at their own pace.

Class sizes are small - up to 8 students per class - and the program is led by a team of Master-level educators with 25-30+ years of experience.

• Lead literacy assessment efforts across the high school program, tracking and reporting on student progress.
• Design and implement individualized literacy support strategies aligned with student needs and pacing.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers across subject areas to integrate literacy goals into instruction.
• Maintain assessment records and communicate findings to the education leadership team.
• Support students in an alternative education model focused on hands-on, self-paced learning.
