Senior Solutions Architect, AI: passionately architect scalable, responsible AI solutions for enterprise customers, driving integration of LLMs, automation, and security across cloud platforms.

• Serve as the primary AI architecture advisor and trusted technical partner for enterprise customers, guiding them through responsible AI adoption, LLM integration, automation, and security design.
• Develop deep understanding of customers’ AI strategies, use cases and risk profiles to align platform capabilities with measurable business, productivity and security outcomes.
• Lead high‑impact technical conversations—including architecture deep dives, demos, whiteboard sessions and LLM strategy workshops—for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Architect secure, scalable AI solutions leveraging cloud‑native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise data frameworks, identity and access controls, and Zero Trust principles.
• Design reference architectures for AI‑assisted security, generative‑AI automation, cloud threat analytics and AI‑enabled SOC or platform operations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to map customer requirements into platform capabilities, informing feature prioritization, road‑maps, beta design and partner integrations.
• Represent Trend Micro as an AI thought leader in field engagements, industry forums, webinars, partner events and executive briefings.
• Build scalable enablement content—reference patterns, technical diagrams, demos, workshop materials and best‑practice guides—for internal teams, partners and customers.
• Lead or support Proof of Value and Proof of Concept initiatives, ensuring clear success criteria and quantifiable business and technical validation.
• Provide structured feedback to Product Management on customer challenges, AI trends and competitive gaps to evolve the platform, GTM strategy and partner ecosystem.
• Maintain deep knowledge of AI, LLMOps, cloud‑native platforms, security architecture and emerging innovations to continuously elevate the team’s technical leadership.>
• Travel within the U.S. for customer engagements, strategic initiatives and industry events.

• 5+ years in Solutions Architect, AI Architect, Cloud Architect, Sales/Pre‑Sales Engineer or advanced technical consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience engaging technical decision makers and executives across enterprise environments.
• Expertise in public cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) including identity, networking, compute and data services.
• Strong understanding of applied AI/LLM architectures, model serving & orchestration, prompt engineering & retrieval techniques, data governance and security.
• Broad technical acumen across cybersecurity, cloud, Dev Ops, networking, automation and enterprise modernization.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies in a fast‑evolving AI and security ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex architecture into compelling customer value.
• Proven passion for education, technical demos, enablement and helping others unlock capability at scale.

• Experience working in fast‑paced SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity companies or startup environments.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure technologies such as LLMOps frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, Haystack), vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma) and model serving (Sage Maker, Vertex AI, Azure AI).
