Arbor Associates is seeking dependable, compassionate

Direct Support Professionals to support preteens and teenagers with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges in a residential school setting.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in residential care, behavioral health, or special education who can provide calm, consistent support while helping young people feel safe and cared for.

Applicants must be able to attend two days of daytime Advanced CPI training at Arbor's Southborough, MA office. Training dates will be coordinated upon hire.

• Provide direct care and supervision to adolescent residents during assigned second-shift and overnight hours.
• Support residents with challenging or severe behaviors using approved crisis intervention techniques.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
• Follow program procedures and respond appropriately to resident needs.
• Document observations and incidents accurately in accordance with program requirements.
• Communicate with the residential team to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
