Young people thrive when they have caring, consistent adults around them, and that includes the overnight hours. Arbor Associates is a behavioral health, allied healthcare, and education staffing.

We’re looking for steady, caring people to support preteens and teens with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges in a residential school. On overnights, you’re the calm, reliable presence that helps young people feel safe, supported, and understood, even when the rest of the world is asleep. Want full-time hours, or a part-time schedule that fits around school, family, or another job?

We have a shift for you. No residential experience? No problem. If you’re patient, dependable, and steady under pressure, we want to hear from you. Experience in residential care, behavioral health, special education, or youth work is a plus.

• Provide hands-on care and supervision for adolescent residents overnight
• Use approved crisis intervention techniques to support residents through tough moments
• Help keep the program safe, structured, and welcoming
• Document what you see and hand off to your teammates so care continues across shifts
