Salary: $50.00–$60.00 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: $7,500.

• Provide speech therapy services to promote quality rehabilitation care.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Screen patients upon admission or as requested by the director.
• Maintain routine documentation according to Medicare, facility, and other payor guidelines.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams and interact with staff as needed.
• Participate in family conferences when requested.
• Submit all required documentation and treatment charges in a timely fashion.

• Current Massachusetts State License as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Flexibility to work as part of a dynamic, cooperative team.
• Capability to evaluate patients, participate in consultations, and instruct patients and staff.
