About Us

We are a compassionate, patient-centered Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitative care. Our interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life. We’re currently seeking a motivated and caring Rehabilitation Technician to support our therapy department.

As a Rehabilitation Technician, you’ll play a vital role in assisting physical, occupational, and speech therapists with treatment sessions, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

• Assist therapists with patient mobility, transfers, and exercises under supervision
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Transport residents to and from therapy sessions
• Manage therapy equipment inventory and ensure proper functioning
• Document patient interactions and progress as directed
• Support therapists with administrative tasks and scheduling

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a rehab or healthcare setting preferred
  
  CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and assist residents safely
