Key qualifications:- Associate degree and five years of management experience in program development, goal planning, program evaluation, or budget preparation
- OR High school diploma and seven years of management experience in the same areas
- Experience with technical analyses, GIS, project management, and public administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and ability to foster positive working relationships
- Private means of transportation required
