Overview
Be a Blood Donor Ambassador at your local American Red Cross office. This volunteer role supports local blood drives by providing excellent customer service and promoting blood donation.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience.
- Engage with blood donors to promote blood donation and encourage long-term commitment to regular donations.
- Assist donors with re-hydration after donation and observe for post-donation reactions.
- Express gratitude and ensure each donor is sincerely thanked for their donation.
- Friendly person who wants to volunteer in person
- Passionate about the Red Cross mission
- Basic computer skills
- Respect for all blood donors and drive staff
