American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with at least 1 year of experience and an active VT or compact RN license for a full-time contract position with a community-focused home health and hospice provider.
Requirements- Active VT or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
- Home health and hospice care setting serving individuals of all backgrounds
- Provides individualized, goal-oriented nursing care per physician orders
- Serves as Case Manager when this position is the lead discipline
- Uses Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system
- Monday-Friday day shift schedule with weekend rotation approximately every 4th week
- No holiday coverage required
- 20-week contract duration
- Delivers health promotion, long-term care, and maternal-and-child health services
- Works with a not-for-profit organization focused on community well-being
