Join the Vermont Foodbank as an Operations Associate – CDL Driver and help bring food, hope and connection to Vermont communities. We’re seeking a dependable, safety-focused driver who wants more than a job, you want a mission.

• Safely operate Foodbank vehicles across Vermont, local routes, home daily.
• Load/unload, distribute food product, work with volunteers and staff to deliver service.
• Engage with community members of diverse backgrounds; your role matters.
• Support warehouse logistics: product storage, equipment movement, food reclamation.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Facilities and Community Impact teams.

• Valid CDL (Class B+) (Would consider providing CDL for ideal candidates)
• Comfortable with lifting, loading, physical tasks.
• Strong communicator, team player, self-motivated and safe.
• Passion for community service, willingness to interact respectfully with our clientele.

• Salary: $53,570 – $58,589 annually
• Full-time, in-person role based in Barre, VT.
