Lead instructional programming at Pembina Hills School Division as the Director of Education Services. Drive continuous improvement and foster active student engagement from Early Learning to Grade 12.
In this key leadership role, you will guide curriculum implementation and facilitate staff development across the Pembina Hills School Division. Your oversight will ensure effective educational strategies and results for approximately 3,400 students. Collaborate with the Senior Administration to support innovative programs and reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee curriculum implementation and literacy strategies
• Facilitate staff growth for teachers and educational assistants
• Direct Dual Credit and Off-Campus programming
• Assist with educational planning and result reporting
• Lead school calendar development initiatives
Requirements:
• Extensive experience as a public school principal
• Proven track record in program improvement
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate and leadership accreditation
• Master's degree in Education required
