We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Barrie, Ontario. Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee agreements and ensure all documentation complies with organizational standards.
• Process utility invoices and maintain accurate records for fiscal reporting.
• Prepare and balance monthly financial statements and ensure alignment with accounting systems.
• Import and reconcile spreadsheets in accounting software to process monthly payments to landlords.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of budgets and related financial documentation.
• Provide backup support for payroll processing, including bi-weekly payroll preparation, remittances, and reconciliation of benefits payments.
• Assist staff with inquiries and liaise with partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Support accounts payable functions, including processing staff expenses and issuing payments.
• Collaborate with management and team members to ensure efficient and coordinated service delivery.
