As a vital member of the Cronos finance team, you will assist the Senior Manager, Cost Accounting with various responsibilities rooted in manufacturing finance.

Your role will encompass developing accurate standard costs, analyzing material and labor variances, and supporting inventory management. Additionally, you will partake in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Manager in all Plant Finance areas

• Develop and maintain key financial reports and KPI metrics

• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances for accuracy

• Monitor inventory transactions including write-offs and obsolescence

• Assist with compliance audits and ensure adherence to relevant standards

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a Cost Accounting role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

• Excellent communication skills across various levels
