The ideal candidate will have over two years of accounting experience, particularly in accounts payable, and hold a high school diploma/GED. Responsibilities include managing cash receipts, monthly reconciliations, and A/P coordination, along with human resources support for payroll and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly journal entries and petty cash
• Perform detailed account reconciliations
• Manage problem invoices and non-PO approvals
• Balance payroll hours and report weekly/monthly
• Collaborate in planning social events for employees
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or A/P
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented with independent working capability
• Understands confidentiality principles
