We are seeking a versatile, numbers-oriented Junior Admin to support our manufacturing facility. This unique role is perfect for someone who enjoys the precision of accounting and payroll while thriving on the 'human' side of the business, such as employee benefits and team culture. This role will serve as the key point of contact for both our office and production teams.
Location:
Collingwood. Pay rate: $25.00 – $27.00 hourly.
Responsibilities Run weekly and monthly payroll reports.
Support and collaborate on planning and implementation of social events.
Act as A/P coordinator (problem invoices, non‑PO approvals).
Process purchase requisitions for general office use.
Distribute Canadian AP cheques.
Handle monthly accruals, including journal entries, cash receipts, and petty cash.
Perform account reconciliations.
Manage employee advantages, HST filings and reconciliations.
Qualifications At least 2 years of general accounting or accounts payable experience, preferably using SAP.
High school diploma or GED required.
Organized, detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision, and willing to learn and adapt.
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word).
