As a vital link between office and production teams, you will manage payroll, assist in planning social events, and coordinate accounts payable. We're looking for someone organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for numbers and a commitment to workplace inclusivity. You will play a crucial role in managing employee advantages, HST filings, and other essential financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run payroll reports weekly and monthly
• Coordinate employee benefits and social events plans
• Handle accounts payable problems and non-PO approvals
• Process purchase requisitions for office needs
• Manage monthly reconciliations and accruals
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years accounting or A/P experience
• High school diploma or GED needed
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Adaptable and capable of working independently
• Familiarity with SAP is an asset
