Accounts Receivable Analyst
Reports ToFinance Supervisor
Job PurposeReporting to the Finance Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for processing and maintaining accounts receivable and all related duties.
Key Responsibilities- Process Account Reconciliations and Collections
- Process Canadian and US deposits
- Review and credit approve customer orders
- Process credit card reconciliations
- Prepare month end files
- Issue Credit Invoices
- Process Dealer Portal Invoices
- Maintain International customer accounts
- Post‑secondary education with a minimum of Level 1 of a recognized accounting program or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ related accounting experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Crystal Reporting.
- Visual Manufacturing is an asset.
