Accounts Receivable Analyst

Finance Supervisor

Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for processing and maintaining accounts receivable and all related duties.

• Process Account Reconciliations and Collections
• Process Canadian and US deposits
• Review and credit approve customer orders
• Process credit card reconciliations
• Prepare month end files
• Issue Credit Invoices
• Process Dealer Portal Invoices
• Maintain International customer accounts

• Post‑secondary education with a minimum of Level 1 of a recognized accounting program or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ related accounting experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Crystal Reporting.
• Visual Manufacturing is an asset.
