As a vital member of the Finance and Accounting team, the Billing Associate will manage day-to-day billing tasks and maintain accuracy in client invoices. You'll support revenue recognition policies and collaborate with Sales and Client Success to ensure all billing arrangements are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end billing process and generate invoices

• Ensure accuracy for advertising campaigns and related services

• Prepare billing reports to support account reconciliations

• Collaborate with Sales on contracts and pricing validation

• Resolve billing disputes with clients professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of billing or accounts receivable experience
