As an Accounts Receivable Analyst reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you will handle collections, approve customer orders, and maintain international accounts. Contributions to month-end files and credit card reconciliations will be key to success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process account reconciliations and collections

• Review and approve customer orders for credit

• Prepare month-end files and issue credit invoices

• Handle Canadian and US deposits efficiently

• Maintain detailed records for international customer accounts

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent

• Minimum two years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Access

• Familiarity with Crystal Reporting is a plus

• Knowledge of Visual Manufacturing is an asset
