Napoleon as Accounts Receivable Analyst

Reporting directly to the Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing accounts receivable, handling collections, and facilitating credit approvals. With a minimum of two years’ related experience and strong skills in Microsoft Office, you will succeed in this role while contributing to the company's financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections and account reconciliations

• Process and maintain Canadian and US deposits

• Approve customer credit orders and issue invoices

• Prepare month-end financial file submissions

• Handle dealer portal invoices efficiently

Requirements:

• Completion of Level 1 of a recognized accounting program

• Minimum two years of relevant accounting expertise

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Knowledge of Crystal Reporting is beneficial

• Familiarity with Visual Manufacturing is welcomed
