Location: Innisfil
TAPP Workforce Solutions is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist for a full-time role in Innisfil, ON. Bring your strong accounting foundation and experience with Microsoft Dynamics to this dynamic position.
You will play a crucial role in managing daily accounting tasks, financial reconciliations, and ensuring accurate reporting while collaborating closely with the Financial Controller. Your detail-oriented approach will be essential for maintaining compliance and supporting financial audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and process daily financial transactions
• Maintain and balance financial records effectively
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with financial forecasting and remittances
Requirements:
• Proven accounting or bookkeeping experience needed
• Strong understanding of financial principles
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
