Midland Staff Accountant - Accounts Receivable

Location: Midland

Secure a Staff Accountant role specialized in Accounts Receivable with Jarlette Health Services in Midland, Ontario. This full-time position requires expertise in billing and collections to enhance financial operations.

As part of the team, you will work closely with the Controller to manage all accounts receivable activities, including resident billing and cash management. We seek applicants with 2-5 years of relevant office experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and billing functions

• Process cash receipts and handle refunds

• Work on collections and maintain accurate records

• Assist in financial process improvements

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of accounts receivable or related experience

• Strong prioritization and organizational skills

• Computer literacy;
Google Suite knowledge preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Relevant post-secondary education is an asset
