Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this role encompasses a variety of tasks essential for maintaining accurate financial statements and operational integrity. You will collaborate with various leaders to enhance accounting processes while ensuring compliance and transparency in financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile GL accounts and bank statements monthly

• Manage WSIB calculations and provincial tax filings

• Review and reconcile payroll records for accuracy

• Prepare comprehensive financial audits and reports

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• 5+ years of plant accounting experience

• Solid understanding of intercompany transactions

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
