Become an Accounts Payable Specialist where your role involves meticulously reviewing and processing invoices at a high volume. Contribute to financial efficiency by ensuring timely payments to Canadian vendors.

In this position, you'll be responsible for reviewing invoices, matching them to purchase orders, and tracking accrual balances. Your organizational skills will support the month-end close and keep financial records accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and triage all invoices received

• Enter invoices into the accounting system

• Match and resolve discrepancies with purchase orders

• Maintain organized filing of documents

• Support weekly payments and monthly accrual tracking

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable proficiency

• Intermediate skills in Excel

• Experience processing 100+ invoices daily

• Effective accrual management

• Manufacturing experience is advantageous
