Senior Accounting Administrator Business

Support accurate accounting with Business Central and financial analysis at Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP in a hybrid Barrie or Brampton location. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

As a Senior Accounting Administrator, you will support Finance through administrative and accounting tasks. The permanent full-time position covers transaction processing, financial records, audits, process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements. You will analyze financial data, explain variances, and recommend actions to management.

• Post accurate accounts receivable and payable invoices in Business Central
• Reconcile customer, vendor, and bank accounts
• Complete balanced intercompany transactions under company policy
• Prepare bank payments and receipts following internal procedures
• Support audits, tax filings, and accounting process improvements

• College certificate or diploma in accounting or related field
• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience resolving complex accounting issues
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Accounting software experience;
  Business Central experience is an asset
