Staff Accountant Accounts Payable

Process accounts payable accurately as a Staff Accountant with Jarlette Health Services, working on site at 658 King Street in Midland, Ontario.

Reporting to the Controller, this permanent full-time position supports financial operations across multiple locations and legal entities. You will process invoices, assign general ledger coding, prepare payment runs, reconcile vendor accounts, and resolve discrepancies. The work requires strong computer skills, including Google Suite, alongside careful organization and confidentiality.

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
