Senior Accountant Finance Lead North America

Own accounting and financial operations for Rehasense across North America, using general ledger expertise and Microsoft Dynamics. Partner with local managers across two countries.

As Senior Accountant / Finance Lead, you will manage US and Canadian entities while reporting to the Group CFO. The work combines accounting operations with business partnering and commercial finance support. You will collaborate with Central Finance & Accounting in Europe while supporting reporting, controls, and decisions.

• Own accounting processes for US and Canadian entities
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
• Perform reconciliations, banking activities, and fixed asset management
• Provide financial insights and explain variances to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least five years of accounting experience
• Strong general ledger and month-end close knowledge
• ERP experience;
  Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills
