As a Purchasing Administrator, you will report to the Director of Procurement and play a vital role in maintaining the D365 system. Key responsibilities include setting up new parts and vendors, processing purchase orders, and managing vendor contracts. Your expertise will also enhance service levels for internal stakeholders while working in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up new production and service parts in D365
• Maintain vendor information and trade agreements
• Process invoices through the DOOAP financial system
• Communicate purchase order status with vendors
• Support the Buyer and MRO Assistant as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12, business administration diploma preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in MS Office with intermediate Excel skills
• Analytical and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
