As a Campus Assistant, your role is crucial within the Midland Campus. The position involves working directly with students and faculty to ensure smooth communication and resolve inquiries. Your expertise in office administration and customer service will help manage key responsibilities such as maintaining documentation and supporting campus events, while employing problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly handle customer inquiries through various channels

• Ensure timely processing of parking pass applications

• Organize meetings and maintain detailed agendas

• Provide logistical support for Campus and Program Advisory Committees

• Assist with the Apprenticeship program documentation and grading

Requirements:

• At least one-year postsecondary certification in relevant studies

• Minimum of two years' experience in an office setting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Discreet with sensitive information and capable of multitasking
