Part-Time Clerk Steno at Clearview Meadows

Location: Stayner

Support administrative functions at Clearview Meadows Elementary as a part-time Clerk Stenographer. Engage in secretarial duties and assist the administrative team every Tuesday and Thursday morning.

This role supports internal and external communication under the direction of the Senior Administrative Support. You will perform essential administrative tasks and require good organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with MS Word and Outlook is critical for success in this team-oriented position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative and secretarial tasks in the school office

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Follow directions provided by supervisors and administrators

• Organize documents and manage word processing needs

• Utilize MS Word and Outlook efficiently in daily operations

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook required

• Experience with Power School and school administration tools preferred
