The Simcoe County District School Board is hiring a Clerk Steno for a part-time temporary contract. In this role, you will collaborate with the Senior Administrative Support – Elementary and serve internal and external stakeholders efficiently. Key skills include communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in administrative and secretarial tasks for the school office
• Support the Senior Administrative Support in daily operations
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in various formats
• Follow directions and work as a team member
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma required
• Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Word and Outlook
• Basic organizational and secretarial skills
• Ability to adhere to instructions and team directions
