Position: Clerk Steno - Part-time 0.2 FTE (7 hours per week)
Location: Stayner

Clerk/Stenographer

The Clerk Steno acts as a resource to both internal and external individuals, and assists the Senior Administrative Support – Elementary in the administrative and secretarial duties of the school office under the direction of the administrator.

Schedule

Part-time, 7 hours weekly;
Tuesday morning and Thursday morning 9am - 12:30pm

Qualifications
  • Grade 12 diploma.
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and work as a team member.
  • Good organizational, secretarial and word processing skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Word at the Basic skill level.
  • Experience with Outlook.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Power School, , JDE, attendance procedures and Easy Connect.
  • First Aid, CPR and Microsoft Publisher would be an asset.
