Take the lead as a Branch Administrator at Right at Home Realty, managing day-to-day operations and enhancing agent support. Your administrative prowess will drive compliance and agent retention initiatives.
You will play a vital role in overseeing operational success through effective administrative tasks. This includes managing banking transactions, facilitating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborating with agents to support their success is at the heart of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries and manage administrative paperwork
• Handle deposits and banking transactions for agents
• Assist with agent profiles in Broker Bay and Lone Wolf
• Prepare and manage recruiting packages for new agents
• Ensure payment of dues and registrations on time
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in residential real estate preferred
• Familiarity with Lone Wolf and Broker Bay software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
