The Administrative and Accounts Payable Clerk will assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, help with HR processes, and maintain accurate records. Your contributions will ensure efficient daily operations and office coordination, impacting the overall effectiveness of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable tasks including invoice entry

• Assist with HR documentation and scheduling interviews

• Maintain organized financial records and correspondence

• Support onboarding and employee documentation

• Provide administrative support to finance and leadership teams

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in relevant field

• 1-3 years experience in administrative roles

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools
