About the job

In this role, you will provide administrative assistance in support of all activities required for the Region. This will include assisting managers by producing correspondence and reports, receiving inquiries, arranging meetings, maintaining databases and filing systems, coordinating information, managing purchasing and accounts payable, following up with suppliers, correcting discrepancies, managing accounts receivable, and monitoring and processing documentation related to attendance, payroll and human resources support.

Responsibilities
  • Produce correspondence and reports to support regional managers.
  • Receive inquiries and arrange meetings.
  • Maintain databases and filing systems.
  • Coordinate information and manage purchasing and accounts payable.
  • Follow up with suppliers and correct discrepancies.
  • Manage accounts receivable and monitor documentation for attendance, payroll and HR support.
Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of office administration procedures and processes.
  • Knowledge of purchasing practices, general accounting principles, and payroll.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GP Dynamics, Lotus Notes, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of general financial and accounting principles (accounts receivable, reconciliations, budget forecasts).
  • Ability to prepare financial analysis and support strategic business planning.
  • Excellent planning, time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Oral and written communication skills, including customer service.
  • Analytical and evaluation skills.
  • Problem‑solving skills for financial reporting and operational planning.
  • Research skills to gather data and explain discrepancies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
