Provide vital administrative support to the Simcoe program as an Administrative Assistant. This relief role focuses on office operations, staff coordination, and client management, requiring strong organizational skills.
This position reports directly to the Administrative Manager and entails performing administrative tasks like staff orientation, office inquiries, and correspondence management. You will handle booking for staff and clients, maintain PPE inventory, and support EMHware, making this an essential administrative function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct new staff admin orientation and support
• Serve as receptionist and manage general office inquiries
• Coordinate bookings for staff, clients, and vendors
• Maintain office equipment and technology for meetings
• Distribute correspondence and prepare Welcome Letters
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in an office environment
• Proficient in MS Office and office practices
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual candidates in English and French preferred
