Race Administrator at Blue Mountain

Location: The Blue Mountains

Become a Race Administrator for the Blue Mountain/Jozo Weider Race and Freestyle program. Work part-time or full-time while enhancing the guest experience in a dynamic resort environment.

In this role, you will facilitate day-to-day administration and communication, collaborating with the Race Manager and Head Coach. You will act as the point of sale representative, interacting closely with families involved in the Race and Freestyle programs. Additionally, you’ll manage staff scheduling, payroll, and contribute to a strong organizational culture that prioritizes guest experiences and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Race and Freestyle program administration

• Serve as sales point for families involved in programming

• Assist with guest check-ins throughout the programming day

• Manage staff scheduling and payroll for race events

• Cultivate an engaging guest experience with excellent communication

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of administrative experience required

• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and communications

• Relevant ski or coaching experience preferred

• Ability to work weekends from December to March
