In this pivotal role, your expertise in administration will ensure smooth governance while managing confidential information. You’ll be at the forefront of coordinating meetings, responding to inquiries, and overseeing key communications while supporting organizational goals, compliance, and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive support to the CEO and leadership team
• Coordinate meetings and logistics for the Board of Directors
• Maintain confidential records and organize filing systems
• Prepare meeting materials, reports, and correspondence
• Assist in risk management initiatives and special projects
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of advanced administrative experience
• Experience providing support to a Board of Directors
• Knowledge of governance policies and legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
