Position: Clerk Steno - Part-time 0.4 FTE (14 hours per week) - Temporary (Lake Simcoe Public School)
Location: Innisfil

CLERK/STENOGRAPHER
- Temporary

The Clerk Steno acts as a resource to both internal and external individuals, and assists the Senior Administrative Support
- Elementary in the administrative and secretarial duties of the school office under the direction of the administrator.

School: Lake Simcoe PS

Principal: Kulbir Dhaliwal

Schedule: Temporary Part-time, 0.4 FTE - 14 hours weekly;
Schedule Thursday/Friday

There is no guarantee of the duration of the temporary LTO position.

Qualifications:

Required: Grade 12 diploma. Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to follow directions and work as a team member. Good organizational, secretarial and word processing skills. Knowledge of MS Word at the Basic skill level. Experience with Outlook.

Preferred: Knowledge of Power School, , JDE, attendance procedures and Easy Connect. First Aid, CPR and Microsoft Publisher would be an asset.
