Key Responsibilities:

• Direct incoming switchboard calls and assess inquiries

• Support visitors with directions and information

• Perform efficient patient registration and admissions tasks

• Schedule and confirm appointments over the phone

Requirements:

• Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent

• Completion of Medical Terminology course

• Proven clerical background with strong organizational capacity

• Skilled in computerized documentation and communication
