Parts Coordinator at Assured Automotive

Manage parts logistics efficiently as a Parts Coordinator at Assured Automotive. This role focuses on ordering, tracking, and organizing parts in a dynamic automotive repair environment.

As part of the Boyd Group, Assured Automotive seeks a dedicated Parts Coordinator. You will oversee the entire parts process: from ordering to dispatch, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout. Alongside your hands-on tasks, you'll implement our WOW plan and work directly with vendors for timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan

• Order and receive all parts promptly from vendors

• Enter parts invoices accurately into our Information System

• Organize, label, and track all spare parts efficiently

• Manage part returns and ensure credits are received

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• 1-3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred

• Familiarity with parts systems like Car-part or Progi

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and manage tools
