The Automotive Parts Advisor position is designed for individuals eager to grow within the automotive sector. You will employ the Part Source Operating System to find the right parts while promoting features and benefits to customers. Keeping the store's visual merchandising in top shape is key, along with maintaining a safe workspace with adherence to PPE protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify automotive parts using internal and vendor systems
• Communicate benefits and warranty information to customers
• Complete store tasks efficiently and on time
• Uphold store appearance and merchandising standards
• Follow safety guidelines and practices
Requirements:
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• A commitment to delivering great customer experiences
• Proficient in computer systems including POS
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs during shifts
