Be the face of our service department as a Parts and Service Advisor at The 401 Group in Innisfil! Deliver 5-star service and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
In this dual-role position, you will assist clients in understanding auto services, check in RVs, and prepare repair orders. Utilize your strong communication skills to guide customers through repairs while effectively managing parts inventory. Your expertise in automotive parts will help ensure that the right products are always available and that clients leave happy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in the parts store and understand their needs
• Ascertain required auto services through detailed customer interactions
• Prepare accurate repair orders with necessary approvals
• Conduct parts inventory audits regularly
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety guidelines
Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Valid G Driver's License with a clean record
• Experience quoting OEM and Aftermarket parts
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to handle pressure
