This role involves performing specialized repair and maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles are restored to their original integrity and functionality. As a key player in our body shop, you will use hand and power tools to repair or replace damaged parts while collaborating with teammates to drive sales and efficiency. Your ability to determine repair needs will significantly contribute to our customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform skilled automotive body repairs and maintenance
• Restore vehicle structure, appearance, and functionality
• Use tools to remove or repair vehicle parts and weld as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiencies
• Follow established processes and provide accurate work estimates
Requirements:
• 310B Auto Body license or apprenticeship enrollment
• High school diploma completion
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proven automotive body repair experience
